Jenn has always been drawn to this work because she cares deeply about people experiencing homelessness. She volunteers with street outreach and serves dinner regularly, which keeps her grounded in the realities behind every number.

A measurement and evaluation expert with graduate training in applied statistics and research methods, she designs evaluations and measurement frameworks that help homelessness response systems measure what matters and see their impact clearly.
